What are the validity conditions of this ticket?
Dated 1-day ticket valid for the selected date for the Disney® Park of your choice: Disneyland® Park OR Walt Disney Studios® Park. Ticket available for purchase by individual consumers only, maximum 6 tickets per order.

What are the refund conditions?
- Dated tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival, for example, if you have a ticket for 4 June, you have until midnight on 1 June to cancel).

- Within 3 days of your selected date of your Disney® Park visit, Cancelations and Changes are not possible. Tickets are non-refundable non-exchangeable and non-changeable.
- At any given time If you would like to change your visit date, you must cancel your existing tickets (subject to cancellation conditions) and purchase new tickets for a different visit date (subject to availability when booking). It is not possible to change your visit date by e-mail.

Do I need to register prior to my visit to ensure Park admission?
No! This dated ticket grants access to the chosen Disney Park on the selected date of visit. It does not require prior access registration.

How do I get my ticket?
Tickets sent by e-mail: remember to print or save them on your smartphone, making sure the QR code is visible so you can scan them easily at the Park entrance. It is highly recommended to print the E-ticket on white A4 size paper, blank on each side, without any modification to the printing size, in portrait format ( vertical). Tickets that are partially printed, soled, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered as invalid. If in doubt, please reprint your ticket.
